Clients in TO3000 3D+ have two types of contact information: general, and the contact information of the client's contact persons (Contacts of Client). A client's general contact information can contain the following data: E-mail (up to 2) — maximum 250 characters. The Send button becomes active only if a valid e-mail address is entered. Phone (up to 4) and Fax numbers — maximum 250 characters each. Notes — a plain text note, not limited by the number of characters. A client's general contact information can also be added to templates with the help of Client Information Variables.
