TO3000 V8 new features and enhancements:

tologo Expanded customization possibilities: custom fields of different type can be added for clients, projects and business expenses; these fields can be used to filter records.

tologo Visual schedules for jobs and projects, displaying them in a graphical view, so that one glance is enough to have a clear picture of all pending, due/overdue projects and/or jobs.

tologo Advanced reporting and account possibilities: built-in reports generator, totals for the records displayed calculated automatically.

tologo The new entity - projects has appeared in the new version. By project we mean a set of client jobs. It means that client jobs can be created only in the scope of this or that project. Each project has only one client. Though you can create a lot of projects for one client. You can imagine project a folder and client jobs as files, stored in this folder. (Actually, TO3000 V8 folders structure corresponds to this description).
I.e.: To add a new client job, you need to create a client record (if the client is new, then create a project for the client and finally add the job to this project.
