TO3000 V8 new features and enhancements:
 Expanded customization possibilities: custom fields of different type can be added for clients, projects and business expenses; these fields can be used to filter records.
New search and data filter tools: improved Global Date Filter to filter records by dates and Local Custom Filter to filter by setting conditions on properties.
Visual schedules for jobs and projects, displaying them in a graphical view, so that one glance is enough to have a clear picture of all pending, due/overdue projects and/or jobs.
Expanded data export possibilities: Local Reports tool allows exporting TO3000 data to various file formats (.XLS, .RTF, .PDF, .HTML, .CSV, .TXT).
Improved navigation: navigation buttons of several kinds, quick access to TO3000 folders:
Projects based on quotes can be created with one click.
Advanced reporting and account possibilities: built-in reports generator, totals for the records displayed calculated automatically.
The new entity - projects has appeared in the new version. By project we mean a set of client jobs. It means that client jobs can be created only in the scope of this or that project. Each project has only one client. Though you can create a lot of projects for one client. You can imagine project a folder and client jobs as files, stored in this folder. (Actually, TO3000 V8 folders structure corresponds to this description).
I.e.: To add a new client job, you need to create a client record (if the client is new, then create a project for the client and finally add the job to this project.
