To fit your individual needs and add different kinds of additional information you can create custom fields of various types: Number, CheckBox, String, Text, Date, Time, Date and Time, for each part – Clients, Projects and Business Expenses. Custom fields can be grouped by custom groups. Custom fields can be added on Custom Fields page of Advanced Settings window. On the Position of Custom Fields page of the Personal Settings you can design the view of custom groups (custom fields are grouped by) you create. To open Position of Custom Fields page click menu Settings > Personal and click Position of Custom Fields in the left part of the window.
Check Top option to place custom groups' tabs on the top of the page. In this case you custom fields page will look like this, for example (Common and Availability are custom groups names):
Or check Left option to place custom groups' tabs on the left of the page. In this case you custom fields page will look like this:
