Creating a Project based on the Quote

One of the great benefits of the Translation Office 3000 V8 is a possibility to create a project based on the quote with one click. I.e. when the client accept you quote, you do not nee to create a similar project, enter all jobs details once again - you just need to click Create Project based on Quote button and the project is ready!

Create Project based on Quote button is available on both quotes displaying pages: the Quotes page of Client window (where the quotes to the particular client are displayed) or the Quotes to Clients window (where all quotes from the database are displayed).

To create a Project based on a selected Quote:

1. Switch to the Quotes page of Client window (where the quotes to the particular client are displayed) or  the Quotes to Clients window (where all quotes from the database are displayed).

or

2. Select the necessary Quote from the list and click Create Project based on Quote button.

3. Confirm the creation of the Project:

The new Project will be added to the database and Main page of Project window will open automatically displaying the details of the newly added Project.
